Flora is a gorgeous F1 doe out of a standard Nubian doe from the famed Black Mesa herd. Flora has nice conformation and lovely breed character. Her udder is well attached, the medial seems snug, and her foreudder has good extension and awesome blending. She is an easy milker, and her udder has a texture that's very appropriate for hand milking. Her pedigree is filled with heavy milking genetics on both sides, including VMCH Blackberry's Moon Man ++*B.
We have decided to offer Flora to a new home. She came to us as an adult with no handling. While she's made tremendous progress, will come for a treat and even enjoy a scratch, I think our barn is simply too busy for her to progress to the next level of trust with us. She has fabulous stand manners and stands nicely for milking. She will come when called sometimes, but is easily spooked. She has kidded twice, twins both times without needing assistance, is current with disease testing, hoof trimming, is G6S normal, dried off, and ready to go anytime. She is 400.
